Despite the doom and gloom of the credit crunch and the resultant recession Moonraker continues to experience sales growth in all its market areas. Our consumer range has been relaunched with the additional of yet more models to meet the demands of a growing market, Visit our consumer range gallery to view all our new models 2010 has seen us achieve record sales levels with sales increasing well ahead of the previous year. Since the companies inception we have grown our sales consistentlyas our reputation for quality and service continues within the retail and contract sectors.We pride ourselves on our flexible approach to our customers needs and we are proud to have been listed an an exceptional performer in nine categories within a recent UK bed industry study. The Moonraker beds Directors received recognition for their performance by being included in the 2009 edition of Who's Who in Britains Business Elite. Our success is in no small way attributable to our loyal staff. Our thanks go to each and every one of them for their loyal support 2010 has seen us complete more hotel projects than ever before and we are optimistic that 2011 will continue in the same vein. Our new contract range was launched in mid-2010 and offers even more specification choice and divan options than ever before. Factory Extended Since Moonraker beds started back in 2003 the factory has quadrupled in size. From an initial 10,000 square feet production unit we now operate from a 40,000 square feet factory. The recent additions have seen the creation of a new all-purpose sewing room, a huge spring assembly and storage facility and increased storage space for raw materials to ensure that we maintain our fast delivery service. After a bright start to the season the team has found things a little tougher of late but continues to look resplendant in their new Claret and Blue kit. Results may not be quite so positive as they are for the similarly coloured Aston Villa but team captain Keith Quadling continues to have high hopes. April 2011 will see the launch of our new retail collection which has seen the range expanded yet further. New 1400 pocket sprung models, more memory foam products than ever before, new style divan fittings, a full range of contrasting divan options, coordinating headboards and even more different fillings to give the greatest level of choice. The range will incorporate large end drawer divans on double size beds for the first time and by customer demand.
