Our ten year club recently welcomed its latest members when Driver Pat completed his 10th year of service to Moonraker joining Andy, Keith, Scott, Sue, Maggie, Margaret, Barry, Lee, Donal, Karl, Tony, Steve, Dave, Neil, Debbie, Billy, Karen & Dan as members.

Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus restrictions as we maintain safe social distancing we were unable to photograph this milestone achievement for Pat. This will be remedied as soon as life gets back to normal.

Factory Extended

Since Moonraker beds started back in 2003 the factory has quadrupled in size. From an initial 10,000 square feet production unit we now operate from a 40,000 square feet factory.

The recent additions have seen the creation of a new all-purpose sewing room, a huge spring assembly and storage facility and increased storage space for raw materials to ensure that we maintain our fast delivery service.

We keep no finished goods stock but hold copious amounts of components to enable us to manufacture and deliver at the quickest possible speed. Over 85% of our orders are manufactured and delivered within 96 hours of ordering.  

We are pleased to advise that we have now incorporated a small selection of Cristina Marrone fabrics into our standard stock range. These high quality designer velvets can be used on any of our divan bases and headboards.  

Deliveries

Wherever possible every Moonraker Beds is delivered on our own vehicles. We operate a fleet of Luton body sprinter vans and Mercedes Atego lorries to transport our beds across the country.

 We also export our products regularly to the Falkland Islands and have completed contract projects in Brazil, USA, Portugal, Afghanistan, Spain and 25 other countries ! We've even exported mattresses to Australia !  Our most recent export has seen a large number of beds wind their way from Wiltshire across to Singapore. 

Moonraker Beds is pleased to announce it is continuing its sponsorship deal with Trowbridge & District Football League team "The Stiffs".

Our Managing Director, Keith, also turns up to play every week and in November 2018 made his 1000th first team appearance in the Trowbridge & District league. Spread over 40 years from his debut as a fresh faced teenager it is a remarkable achievement. No sign of him retiring from playing just yet. 

Our consumer collection has proven to be very popular with our retail stores. New brochures have been launched for our entire collections. Our main catalogue, features Wiltshire's most famous landmark - Stonehenge - on the front cover.

The new Sovereign Collection brochure features our new range of high quality pocket sprung models, with up to 5000 pocket springs (based on king size mattress size)which are available from our local stockists.
